NFL Playoffs Countinue
Posted on January 21, 2010
Well after the most obvious weekend results of the NFL playoffs, we enter the division title matches with Minnesota Vikings taking on New Orleans Saints, while the Indianapolis Colts take on the New York Jets.
As I expected, each team (minus Saints if we’re really going to get technical.), made it past their opponents and are now just a game away from the main stage.
Each match-up is very close in terms of all aspects of the game. So I am going to go for who I want to win, followed by random predictions.
Indianapolis Colts [24:16] New York Jets
Peyton will amass 300+ passing yards.
Peyton will amass 3 touchdowns.
Peyton will throw one interception.
Indianapolis Colts will amass more than one hundred yards rushing.
New York Jets will be held to 110 rushing yards and under 200 passing yards.
Mark will only amass one touchdown.
Mark will throw two interceptions, one that will lead to a touchdown.
One team will return a kick-off or a punt return for a touchdown.
Meanwhile, for the Minnesota Vikings and the New Orleans Saints, I think it will go down like this.
Minnesota Vikings [27:20] New Orleans Saints
Favre will throw three picks.
Favre will amass 250+ passing yards.
Favre will amass three touchdowns.
Adrian Peterson will break out for over one hundred rushing yards and two touchdowns.
New Orleans Saints will only amass 200 total offensive yards.
Drew will amass three touchdown passes, with only two staying.
Drew will throw one interception.
That is it for the random predictions. Let us see how the results turn out this Sunday!
